Khoka 420: A Bengali Romantic Comedy Film
Khoka 420 is a 2013 Bengali romantic comedy film directed by Rajib Biswas and starring Dev, Subhashree Ganguly and Nusrat Jahan in the lead roles. The film is a remake of the 2010 Telugu film Brindavanam. The film was a commercial success and received mixed reviews from critics.
Plot
The film revolves around Krishna (Dev), a rich and carefree young man who lives in Kolkata with his friends. He falls in love with Megha (Subhashree), a simple and sweet girl who works as a radio jockey. Megha's father is a strict and orthodox man who wants to marry her off to a suitable groom. He arranges her marriage with Raj (Tapas Paul), a wealthy businessman who is also his friend's son. Megha is unhappy with this decision and asks Krishna to help her.

Krishna agrees to help Megha and goes to her village as Bhoomi (Nusrat), her cousin and best friend. He pretends to be Bhoomi's lover and impresses Megha's family with his charm and wit. He also wins the hearts of the villagers with his good deeds. However, he faces trouble from Raj, who is jealous of him, and Rudra (Rajatava Dutta), a local goon who wants to marry Bhoomi. Krishna also realizes that Bhoomi has fallen in love with him and he feels guilty for lying to her.
How Krishna solves these problems and unites with Megha forms the rest of the story.
